- **One swipe apply:** when the profile already covers every required question, a swipe right submits the application; the app fills in the employer's form in the background.
- **Say goodbye to long forms:** name, contact details, resume, links, work authorization and saved answers are entered once and reused.
- **Personalized jobs:** a ranked feed with a match score on every job; one-swipe jobs first.
- **Tailored AI answers and resume:** AI tailors the user's resume and drafts answers to written questions for each job, from their experience, skills and the job description, to maximise the chance of an interview. Drafts are never sent until the user approves them. Demographic questions are answered "decline to answer".
- **Questions first:** if a form asks something the profile can't answer, the app asks the user instead of guessing.
- **Security codes:** when an employer's form emails a verification code, the user gets a notification, pastes the code, and the app finishes the application.
- **Tracking and receipts:** every application shows its status (Applying, Submitted, Needs your answer, Code needed) and a receipt of exactly what the employer received. Never a duplicate application.
- **Privacy:** data is never sold or used for advertising; users can download or delete everything from Settings.
- **Control:** nothing is sent without the user's swipe or tap on that specific job.
